One of my favorite desserts to make is mango float. Oh come, let's face it, it's no sweat! What's a better way to spoil your love once in a while than a no bake recipe? Seriously, it's Dessert101.
Here are the ingredients you need:
-2 packs brown Graham crackers (those packed for desserts purposes)
-2 can condensed milk (any brand will do, though I like to use Milkmaid or Liberty)
-1 regular can of Nestlé cream (any brand of your preference will do
- 1 to 1/2 kilos of ripe/over ripe mangoes
Things You Need:
-spatula
-any flat square container (Tupperware or any plastics kitchenware) or a rectangular Pyrex baking glassware (if you own one).
Procedures:
1. Slice mangoes in elongated form, set aside.
2. Mix condensed milk and cream. Use an electric mixer, if you have one, to mix them thoroughly.
3. Spread the mixture at the bottom of the square container.
4. Layer the Graham crackers. Make sure they are even. Don't be afraid to cut biscuits that won't fit.
5. Spread mixture again.
6. Add the mangoes on top of the cracker, spread the mixture again on top.
7. Repeat the process until done.
8. Refrigerate the mango float for 4 hours and serve it cold.
Pure Creaminess!
Indulgence!
See how simple it is? It's a no-brainer recipe. One more tip: serve it with a heart full of love!
May the sweetness of this recipe reflect the sweetness that you and your partner have : D. Happy Heart's Day, everyone!
